Welcome to Life@whitehouse<, a fresh new approach towards health and fitness, a facility where you can train hard, relieve stress or simply relax and enjoy the leisure environment.
Our team of dedicated fitness professionals are available to help you with any training requirements you have and will design and revise programmes to help you reach your personal goals.
The gymnasium is fully air conditioned and has both cardio-vascular and resistance equipment or if you just want to wind down have a swim, a sauna or a spa bath to relax, you can.

Monday to Friday 6.30am – 10pm
Saturday and Sunday 8am – 8pm

Last admittance 45 minutes before club closing time
Child restrictions
Supervised children under 16 can use the pool no later than 7pm daily.
All other facilities are only suitable for children over 16 years.
Off Peak Membership Times
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
Saturday to Sunday 8am – 8pm

All memberships are on a non contractual basis, only 30 days cancellation notice required. Terms and conditions apply.
