Sir Stephen’s Brasserie
A new brasserie style restaurant offering a choice of the best of English and international dishes. As we use the best of seasonal ingredients (and because we have so many regular clients!) we change our menu on a regular basis – a sample of which can be seen by clicking on the link. Good food, wholesome and simply served, complimented by an extensive choice of wines, by the glass or the bottle. During the year we celebrate with special menus and packages for all the main events including Valentines, Mothers day and of course Christmas - contact us now for details. Table reservations are recommended and children are welcome.

The Dugout and Lounge Bars
A range of sandwiches, light meals and snacks are served throughout the day in the Dugout Bar (adjacent to the leisure club) from 11am – 9.45pm (Monday – Saturday). The Lounge Bar is open from 6.30pm daily, located on the first floor by the Brasserie.
Room Service
For hotel residents 24-hour room service is available daily for meals and snacks (hot meals until 9.30pm). Continental breakfast is also available in your room from 2am.
